The Royal Fitness and Leisure Suite is Forfar’s only members’ exclusive facility, and whether you want to improve your fitness in the modern fitness suite or just relax in our enticing spa or sauna, it offers the perfect environment.
Gym Membership includes
Use of the pool area which features a:
- 12 metre heated swimming pool
- Sunken spa pool
- Relaxation area with loungers
Use of the modern fitness suite featuring:
- 8 advanced Life Fitness cardio machines
- 4 multi-function resistance machines
- Free weights
- Complimentary internet access
- Instructors fully qualified to give advice
Gym Opening Times
Monday to Friday: 7.00am – 8.00pm (last entry 7.15pm)
Saturday: 8:00am – 7:00pm (last entry 6:15pm)
Sunday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (last entry 4.15pm)
